The lemon is a fruit that contains many benefits for human life, thanks to its high content of vitamins makes it a cleanser of toxins, helps to strengthen the body's defenses avoiding diseases in the respiratory tract such as influenza, bronchitis, pneumonias, hoarseness , with management, asthma, etc, that is due to its high content of vitamin C. It helps the healing of any wound, both internal and external. It is a medicinal fruit par excellence as it acts as a cure in more than 150 diseases. Anywhere in the body where toxins are found, whether in the blood, in the organs, in the tissues. 

In addition to containing vitamin C also provides vitamin B, E and minerals such as potassium, calcium, magnesium, copper, phosphorus, zinc, iron and magnesium. Therefore lemon strengthens the immune system because it stimulates white blood cells. It serves as a natural deodorant, due to its antiseptic properties very suitable for daily use in people allergic to commercial deodorants.
