THE FACT
The fact that ¦B48bF,TH means "interpretation" is beyond question. In Gen. 40:8 it is so used with reference to a dream; in Mark 4:34 the verb is used with reference to parables. The genitive is an ablative (R.514). z[*"H does not refer to the prophecy of Scripture and does not convey the idea that this
prophecy does not supply its "own interpretation." Scriptura undoubtedly exscriptura explicanda est; in this way the Spirit interprets Scripture. ?Û(<,J"4 with its ablative = "does not occur from," come or originate from. It is not the interpretation of anyone that governs the prophecy, but the prophecy governs the interpretation. image source
