Know karamcha- The Medicinal Quality Fruits

Hello Friends,

Today, I am presenting to you a popular fruit in the countryside of our country, the name is karamcha. A few days ago I brought this fruit from the village. Because I like it too. Also, I always like to eat natural herbal fruits. Because these are God-given natural medicines that have no side effects.

In fact, with the advancement of civilization, modern-day people are destroying their natural resources, eliminating everything that is natural herbs, becoming interested in artificial things today. Even though we may find artificial things good to us immediately, they are actually harmful to our bodies.

In English it is called Bengal currant or Christ's thorn. Carissa is a thorny bushworm plant found in Asia, Africa and the continent of Australia. The raw fruit is green, in a state in which the magenta is reddish-colored. This fruit can be eaten with a very sweet taste, though its plants are poisonous.

This result was very dear to me when I was in school. In front of our school was a small shop, where various local fruits were sold. I almost bought karamcha from there. However, we added a variety of flavors to enhance the taste. Although the presence of these local fruits is very rare in the city life.

Although the fruit is very small to look at, it is a very useful fruit in terms of nutritional value. In many places of our country it is still considered as a medicinal plant. This fruit is especially used to remove stomach worms in children in rural areas. Moreover, many people cook it as a vegetable. This time my wife cooked it with Pulses, frankly it tasted fantastic.

karamcha is rich in nutrients. Likewise there is immunity. There are 100 grams of carbohydrates - sugars-14 grams, protein-0.5 grams, vitamin A-40 IU, vitamin C-38 mg, riboflavin-0.1 mg, niacin-0.2 mg, iron-1.3 mg, Magnesium-16 mg, Potassium-260 mg, Copper-0.2 mg.

If you are considering the benefits of this fruit, it is to say - it contains lots of vitamin C, which enhances the taste of food and protects teeth and gums. Moreover, it keeps our skin healthy and enhances immunity. It contains significant amounts of vitamin A, which is very important for our eyes. It can also be very effective in patients with diabetes and heart disease.

After all, nature is the solution to all our health problems. However, in modern technology-based civilization, we are moving away from natural things. Let us love nature, ensure a beautiful life.

Looks very good.

Thanks for introducing us to karamcha. We'll have to look for it in our area to give it a try. Certainly sounds like a nutritious addition to a meal.
