Thank you!I started learning about transmutation of energies through shamanic practice actually.. It's a different way of looking at the world through the lens of energies, but within that perspective and playing field there's plenty of room for transformation, expansion, and repatterning. The transmutation mostly comes in during repatterning practices, but playing with energies in all kinds of ways (Inc elementals) will help anyone understand the principles much better.
To truly understand it, like anything, one must do the work. Then it becomes very clear! Someday soon I hope to work with people to teach them these practices, because they fit in to the new paradigm so extremely well!
Another person on steemit who practices this is @phillyc. We did an Interview together that touched on some of it, I'll see if I can find the link and add it here.
There is also Taoist alchemy but whether they use transmutation or something similar I am not sure, the most I know about the eastern side of practices I've learned via tai chi and qigong, but imo it's complementary practice because both tai chi and qigong will help you feel movement through your own body... Tho chi is somewhat different, my understanding is development of chi is not exactly energetic, chi is something else entirely. Still tho, I have found tai chi and qigong to be nice complementary practice for experimentation. Yoga as well, and meditation as they are both grounding, which is critical in this type of work. 😊

Thanks for the comment, I wrote this in a few minutes on my phone and thought it was a real dud so I'm glad you found a good takeaway!!

Interesting. I'm down to learn. Energy is cool, and I tend to think in that term instead of emotion. Emotions are so fickle and flimsy.

I'd be happy to chat about it any time, it's one of my favorite topics. 😊
