Well done! I am trying to process all the information you provided here. The CBD tinctures I have purchased do have a small percentage of THC in the oil. A friend of mine told me there are currently laws that prevent the THC percentage from going higher in CBD oils. I have only seen laws that prohibit growing plants in the US that have more than 3% THC content. Do you have any insight or info. on laws limiting THC content in CBD oil?
