As a natural resource against parasites it is recommended to have an antiparasitic diet. The essence of the antiparasitic diet is to introduce foods with certain vitamins and minerals in the diet that improve immunity and positively affect the digestive tract. Is about:

  • Probiotics: much has been said about them, but the fact is that these substances are responsible for intestinal health. And in a healthy intestine there is no place for parasites.
  • Products with vitamin C: increase immunity and reduce the body's susceptibility to various diseases, including helminthiasis.
  • Products with zinc: not only improves immunity, but also improves the digestive tract and accelerates the healing of stomach ulcers.
  • Fiber: improves the work of the gastrointestinal tract, helps eliminate parasites from the body.
  • Foods with vitamin A: reduces susceptibility to helminths.

Turmeric: it is another spice with properties similar to cayenne pepper that serves to fight parasites.

Yogurt: it is a source of probiotics that improves the functioning of the gastrointestinal tract, increases immunity and prevents the reproduction of parasites.

Ginger: not only has antiparasitic properties, but also improves metabolism and digestion, and also eliminates toxins from the body.

We would want to be careful not to imply that simply good nutrition will take care of a lot of issues like all parasites, but good nutrition will certainly reduce susceptibility, and the nutritional ingredients you list above are efficacious in maintaining good digestive health, boosting immunity directly, which does include activity against some bacteria, toxins, microbes, etc. You also refer to many areas of ethnobotany, where cultures have developed native cures using natural products.

I wonder which doctor told you healthy food and vitamins helps avoiding parasites like worms.
In healthy intestines do live all kind bacteria.

Worms also healthy people can get. It is from playing in sand, contact with animals, eating meat/food that is not prepared well or saved cool, you can get it from eating salad and fruit as well.
