This is a really great post. I knew a little of the history of salt, but you really went in depth with this one!
I have a naturally low blood pressure, which results in me craving much more salt than average. My health instructor said that my body may shed more sodium than is typical as well. I love salt lol. I definitely agree that taking in the less refined forms of salt are typically better for an individual. I was extremely surprised to find out there were 26 forms of edible salts!
so was I when I first researched this lol. I was like WHAAAAAT?
