Balloon Flower
I found out that the wild rabbits in my neighborhood like these and they ate all of the flowers and a lot of the foliage.
I dug them up and put them in pots and brought into my backyard where my outdoor dog will chase them back out the gates!
My balloon flower plant has recovered and has more leaves and a pretty flower!
This is the first year I had seen them and bought a couple.
Balloon Flowers are perennials found in China, Korea, Japan, and the Russian Far East
The next 3 photos are of a tropical flower that is planted in the butterfly house.
They really love it!

and the butterfly house just keeps giving beautiful photos. I know little about nature but that clearly looks like a butterfly magnet haha

Lovely hues of purple. I have never seen the balloon flower here in Florida. Maybe it’s too humid here. 🐓🐓
Here is a saint, St. Paul's Nazarene, to whom we put purple flowers. They speak not only of faith but of the hope of the miracle. People also dress in that color to pay for miracles. Your flowers reminded me of that saint. Thank you for sharing, @violetmed!
Those flowers and those images are very beautiful. Comes from the common: red or white flowers. I think having a multicolored garden will make your life happier and your mornings happier. Beautiful night and better wake up.

I guess these purple flowers are some sort of Hyacinth. I remember seeing these somewhere in Korea.

Well, I tell you Daniel and I just got tired of people whining about not making any money on Steemit about 9 months ago and yet they weren't willing to buy just $10 of Steem instead of skipping buying a hamburger, fries and a soda or $8 cup of coffee. We both realize some people just can't afford to buy any Steem, but most of those people don't gripe about making a few cents on a post! It's a pain to buy Steem the first time, but once you figure out the steps, its not too hard. Yes, Steem is low right now, so this is when people should buy some - not when it goes back to $8 or $10. Who know maybe 5 years from now $10 Steem will be a bargain? Anyway...
