NatEstate(Nest) Crowdfund, History In The Making
Our fellow steemian Nate aka @picokernel is part of a crypto revolution. He is buying a home by crowdfunding it with crypto currency! If you don't know already, he's an 18 old prodigy that is an intern at Steemit, Inc. He is moving closer to the headquarters as soon as he graduates high school in a couple weeks!
The ball is already rolling and he's jumping through the necessary hoops to make it happen.
Nate has been transparent about this plan and even made recordings of calls he had with a realtor and the bank.

Thank you. Although he ran into some obstacles and it's a work in progress. Have to go through the legal channels but this young guy is a trail blazer.
Interesting effort but did you know that taking mortage is a scam? I've been on this trail for a few years. The thing is that the bank doesn't have the money, this is fractional reserve banking. When they loan you the currency (there is no money) the create it out of thin air with nothing backing it up. The issue with this is that you backup the loan with the house which has real value! There is a legal precedent on this issue with I think one of the Morgans admitting it. This is fascinating stuff.
Yes! this is why we need to do change the current banking systems. Decentralize them and stop the madness!
