Inconsistencies & Contradictions In NASA Regarding Stars | 2018

While Astronauts claim to have seen stars, many others have a different view. Why are these inconsistencies apparent? It should be rather simple if there were stars able to be viewed from the ISS, yet different astronauts have literally different views on the matter. Still no photos suggest there to be stars able to be seen from high altitudes due to the light of the sun, it is claimed by these 2 astro-nots, that they can even also see planets an moons of planets? yet numerous others claim that nothing can be seen?
