This sounded like an interesting proposition, but the fact a lot of developments aren't due till this time next year I feel this coin could get buried amongst every other ICO and currency there is.

Good point. Blackmoon Crypto has the same issue with timing. There is no way around needing capital first, then development.
Judging from NaPoleaonX's roadmap, it all depends when they get their asset management status acquisition (AMSA) - whatever that is. Once that will occur then everything else is free to happen. Earliest looks like June.
