Swedish female science
Eva Ekeblad is a Swedish female scientist. His name was heard because he became the first woman to experiment with potatoes so that they could be used as a means to make alcoholic beverages. In 1658, the potato itself was a fairly new type of plant in Sweden. In her kitchen, Eva experimented with cooking, crushing, and drying potatoes to make flour. He also filtered it. The screening process finally paved the way for the production of alcoholic beverages, especially potato-based vodka. After Eva's experiment was successful, potato vodka became a popular drink in Northern Europe.
