jakepv, Here is a link sent to me @trudeehunter and it explains there is no use in voting until you have some steem money to vote with. I didn’t really it as I am also a newbie.

But that is kind of my point. The monetary aspect of this site is really it's downfall. It puts the power for people to be seen in the hands of the people with the most money, rather than just letting it naturally happen by merit. All you have to do is go buy some of the fake money they invented out of then air, and everyone will see your posts. It's like they mixed facebook with the game of monopoly.
