Erotomania sufferers are convinced that someone is in love with them (usually a man with a much higher social status, such as a star). These particular patients are confident that their fanciful admirers show their attachment to them through special gestures, secret signals, telepathy or encrypted messages in the media. It is difficult to overcome this disease - even if the presumed admirer has stated directly "no". An eratomania patient will interpret this as part of the strategy that the relationship should hide from society.

Cappress syndrome
Kapgrass syndrome, also called double syndrome or delusion, is a condition where the affected person thinks that one or more of his relatives are replaced by strangers, and he refuses to accept these people more closely as his relatives, tries to drive them away and even in most cases he turns to the police.
