I am currently working as a Customer Service Specialist in a Call Center.
And yes I am one of those agents who always take the blames for something that we didnt do. 😂
Some people would say that being a call center agent is an easy peasy lemon squeeezy type of job. Just seating and taking calls. What they dont know is that we are also struggling, talking to Horrible customers who are not willing to listen to our explanation due to the fact of our accent.

Being a call center is fun esp. "SABAW" Moments ( Sabaw is a Filipino slang used for a person whose brain is not functioning properly ).
It also when you are already speaking in dialect language and the customer will interrupt you saying. " SAY WHAT ?
WHAT ON EARTH ARE YOU SAYING ?
ME : Uh uh nothing Its a spell on the movie I watched expelling bad spirits. 😛

Want to know why I chose this Job ?

Im the only girl among our siblings and as Expected Im a Daddy's Girl. Thats my Dad who always tells us to be in the "Presence of Mind" whenever he is drunk.😂😄 He may not be the best Father but He is awesome thats why my mom fall inlove with him. 💑

That little chubby baby boy is our nephew the Apple of our Eye.

They 👇👇👇 are the greatest reason why Im happy and why Im striving hard. Seeing my them Happy is already an achievement to me.

I always pray that we may guided by the Lord being Him as the center of everything. That whatever or no matter what circumstances may happen may we always look to Christ alone as the life who continually Fills our inner being.
