Up in the mountains of Digkilaan, Iligan City PH! - MyPictureDay Submission

Days ago, my father was invited by his friends to come their home since they were having a fiesta. Despite all the hardships we are currently facing head on and my grandma being in the ICU since Sunday evening, we went there yesterday to pay respect in behalf of his friend's invitation. The photo you see below is the usual foods or handa you see in a fiesta. There's actually a lot of lechon or roasted pig but I forgot to take photos of it.

Just a random flower, whose name is alien to me, took my attention and made me take a photo of it.

I actually had a bit of a hard time capturing this moment. I was afraid the old man might wake up from his afternoon nap and get mad at me or that the people from around the area might scold me. I asked my mom if it was okay for me to do so and then she said yes. I didn't hesitate any longer and took pictures although I am only showing this one which is for me, the best of the photos that I took. Lawl
