Thank you for the kind words sweetie. Fresh fish are the tastiest. Here's one of the meal my mom cooked at the beach. We brought a portable butane to cook food.
It's called Pinangat. A fish stewed in sour sauce and tomatoes. :)
Wow, that looks really delicious. Pinangat... That's filipino, right?
