Good morning steemitians, I want to share with us how my day went yesterday.

Early in the morning around 6am, we were hearing gunshots everywhere, before you know it, market people and Keke people started running, where I was I became Afraid cause the place we leave is a main road, anything that happens we witness it. So as that juncture I was Afraid that they shouldn't break through our house.

We didn't know what was happening all we knew was that unknown gun men verses police men were fighting and shooting each other, before we could know everyone was on a run, at a time the place became crowdy unlike my area.

And I became Afraid that the war is about to start again, then I flashed back to a little thing my grandma told me about war, she said and I quote"My daughter no matter what pray that your eye don't witness war, war is a very bad thing. We suffered, we left our homes no food no water, no shelter. We stay restless in the bush until when ever we sence that everything is calm we go to the streem and drink water. In those days we ate lizards, we used cassava leaf as vigitable , we lost many people and this Continued until the war was over. Forget the way am telling you this story, if you were there, you won't pray for war again". Then I was like God let this not be war, before you know it, another gun shot, I ran inside and the crowdy place cleared again

If u look clearly, you will see that there are two gun men at the scene.

Then we stayed inside again for like 10mins and I managed to come outside again and I took more pictures

Pictures of yesterday action. This Happened yesterday at Azikiwe by Echefu here in Aba, Abia State.

It was later that we were told that, that was IPOB against Police Officers and they added Army to the Police Officers.
Yesterday was very terrible and horrible.
Ever since I was born, yesterday was my first time of seeing war!!

I was even afraid to take my bath but I later took my bath and I took some pictures due to boredomness

Me at home alone.. Thank God it all stopped by 12:31pm and I was able to rest a little before preparing for church. We dismissed earlier from Church yesterday due to a serious Curfew in Aba now. Ordinarily we do start by 5pm to dismiss by 7pm but yesterday we started by 4pm and dismiss by 5:30pm and I was even able to take a picture
