ျမန္မာအကေလ့က်င့္နည္း အပိုင္း(၁)
မေန႔ကကြၽန္မေရးထားတဲ့ေပ်ာက္ကြယ္ေနေသာျမန္မာအကစာအုပ္အေၾကာင္းတင္ျပၿပီးၿပီဆိုေတာ့ဒီေန႔ကြၽန္မကဆက္ၿပီးျမန္မာအကေလ့က်င့္နည္းဆိုတဲ့ေခါင္းစဥ္နဲ႔ေရးထားပါတယ္။ကြၽန္မသိတေလာက္ေလးနဲ႔ေရးထားပါတယ္အမွားေတာ့တစ္စံုတရာေတာ့ပါမွာပဲေလသည္းခံေပးက်ပါေနာ္။
အကစၿပီးေလ့က်င့္နည္း။ ။ကိုယ္ကိုက်ံဳ႕က်ံဳ႕ေလးထိုင္ရမယ္။က်ံဳ႕က်ံဳ႕ထိုင္ပံုကာဖေနာင့္ႏွစ္ဖက္ေပၚတြင္တင္ပါးတင္ၿပီးထိုင္ရမည္။ေ႐ွ႕ဒူးႏွစ္ဖက္နဲ႔တစ္ဖက္တထြာမ်ွခ်ဲ့ထားရတယ္။ထိုသ္ို႔ထိုင္ၿပီးရင္ေတာ့ရင္ကိုအနည္းငယ္ခ်ီထားရမယ္။ရင္ကိုခ်ီၿပီးျဖစ္ေတာ့တယ္။မ်က္ႏွာမွာလည္းအေဝးသို႔ၾကည့္၍မူရသျဖင့္အနည္းငယ္ေမာ့ေနရမည္။
ထိုသို႔အထိုင္က်ေသာအခါလက္ႏွစ္ဖက္ကိုဒူးေပၚ၌ေမွာက္၍တင္ထားရမယ္။စတင္ေလ့က်င့္ပံုမွာ
(၁)ေမွာက္ထားတဲ့လက္ႏွစ္ဖက္ကိုေမွာက္ခ်ည္လွန္ခ်ည္ညီညီညာညာလုပ္ၿပီးေလ့က်င့္ရသည္။ေနာက္ေႏွးနည့္ျမန္ခ်ည္ေလ့က်င့္ရသည္။
(၂)လက္ႏွစ္ဖက္ကိုတဖက္ေမွာက္တဖက္လွန္ညီညီညာညာလုပ၍ေလ့က်င့္ရသည္။ေနာက္ေႏွးခ်ည္ျမန္ခ်ည္ေလ့က်င့္ရမည္။
(၃)လက္ႏွစ္ဖက္စလံုးကိုဒူးမွတထြာခန္႔ခြာ၍ေျမႇာက္လိုက္ေသာ္တေတာင္ဆစ္သည္က်ိဳးလာသည္၊ဗယ္လက္ဖဝါးကိုလက္ေကာက္ဝတ္ခ်ိဳးကာေမွာက္လ်က္ေထာင္ထားေသာ္ညာလက္ဖဝါးကိုပလက္ထားပါ။ထိုသို႔ထားရာ၌အလွည့္က်ပတ္လက္က်ေသာလက္၏လက္ညိဳးနဲ႔လက္မကိုထိပ္ခ်င္းထိကာလက္တြင္းကေလးလုပ္ထားပါ။ထိုသို႔လက္ေျပာင္းတိုင္းေျပာင္းတိုင္းလက္မ်ားကိုလက္ေကာက္ဝတ္မွေဝွ့၍ေျပာင္းေပးရမယ္ေနာ္။လက္ေျမႇာက္နည္းေလးကိုဆက္ၿပီးတင္ေပးပါမယ္ေနာ္
လက္ေျမႇာက္နည္း။ ။အမွတ္၃အတိုင္းတည္ၿပီတဲ့အခါညာလကက္ဖဝါးကလက္ဆစ္မွေကြးၿပီးေတာ့ေဝွ့ကာလက္ေမာင္းကိုေဝွၿပီးေျမႇာက္တင္လိုက္ရင္ျဖင့္တတစ္ေတာင္ဆစ္ကိုလည္းတစ္ဆစ္က်ိဳးၿပီးလက္ဖဝါးကအထပ္ကိုပတ္လက္ထားကာလက္ေခ်ာင္းမ်ားထိပ္ကနားထင္နဲ႔လက္ဖ်ားတထြာခန္႔ကြာေဝးရမယ္။ေမွာက္ထားတဲ့က်န္ညာလက္သည္လည္းလက္ေကာက္ဝတ္မွေကြးၿပီးေဝွ့ကာေအာက္က္ိုစိုက္လ်က္ပတ္လက္ေနပါ။လက္ဝဲကိုေပါင္လယ္ေဘးအေပၚ၌လက္ေလးလံုးမ်ွကြာလ်က္ထားလိုက္ပါ။
