Facebook bans Myanmar armed force boss over rights misuse

Facebook prohibited Myanmar's armed force boss and expelled different pages fixing to the nation's military today after an UN test called for him to be indicted for slaughter over a crackdown on Rohingya Muslims.

"We are forbidding 20 Burmese people and associations from Facebook - including Senior General Min Aung Hlaing, president of the military," the online life goliath said in an announcement on its webpage, adding that it needs to keep them from utilizing the support of "additionally excite ethnic and religious pressures".
