Still Working the word in my life

When I am joined to my first job I am 19. And I had a phobia that I cannot speak in front of many people. The title I got is Hygiene Promoter. It's nature is deal with many people and speak in front of many people. That's is difficult for me at the beginning.
My senior gave his hand to his team to get motivation. He always said "Nobody Perfect,Nobody Useless". I think he do not remember his word himself. But it is still working now.
Now, my junior said me " Ma'am, I am useless, I cannot check this report to less error". No. you check your best but the error is left. Do not depress, I believe you could check next time no error.
"Nobody Perfect,Nobody Useless". Everybody have strength point and a weak point. Use the strength point more and more perfect. You will gain success in a day.

ကျွန်မ အလုပ်စစဝင်တော့ အသက်က ၁၉နှစ်။ မြန်မာမိန်းကလေးပီပီအိမ်တွင်းအောင်းကနေ အလုပ် စဝင်တော့ ရှိုးတိုးရှန့်တန့်တွေဖြစ်တာပေါ့။ ဖြစ်ချင်တော့လဲ ရလိုက်တဲ့အလုပ်ခေါင်းစဉ်လို့ခေါ်မလား ရာထူးလို့ခေါ်မလား အဲဒီအလုပ်သဘောက လူအများကြီးနဲ့လုပ်ရတဲ့အလုပ်။ လူက ကြောက်တတ်တတ်ရယ် နဲ့ပေါ့။ အတော်ကလေးတော့ အခက်တွေ့ခဲ့ရတယ်။
ဒါပေမဲ့ကျွန်မတို့အဖွဲ့ကို ကြီးကြပ်တဲ့ ကျွန်မတို့ အဖွဲ့ခေါင်းဆောင်ရဲ့ အားပေးမှုနဲ့ အင်အားတွေ ရရှိလာပြီး လူအများရှေ့မှာပြောနိုင်ဆိုနိုင် ရှိခဲ့ရပါတယ်။ အားငယ်တတ်တဲ့ သူ့ရဲ့ အဖွဲ့သားလေးတွေကို အမြဲတမ်းအားပေးရင် သင်ကြားပြသရင်းသူ အမြဲပြောလေ့ရှိတဲ့စကားတစ်ခွန်းကို ကျွန်မအခုထိ ပြန်ပြီး သုံးနေမိတုန်းပဲ။ ဒီစကားလေးတွေနဲ့ပဲ ကျွန်မတို့ ထူနနလေးတွေကနေ လုပ်ငန်းခွင်မှာ ကျွမ်းကျင်သူတွေဖြစ် လာအောင်သူ လုပ်ပေးနိုင်ခဲ့တယ်။ ဒါဟာ ခေါင်းဆောင်ကောင်းတို့ရဲ့ အရည်အချင်းဆိုလဲမမှားဘူးလို့ ကျွန်မထင်ပါတယ်။
အခုအချိန် ကျွန်မရဲ့အသင်းသားတွေ ကျွန်မကို စိတ်အားငယ်သလိုလေး ပြောလာတဲ့အခါမှာ သူ့စကားလေးကို သုံးပြီး ကျွန်မပြန်သင်ပေးတတ်နေပြီ။ သူပြေနေကျစကားလေးကတော့ “ ပြီးပြည့်စုံတဲ့သူရယ်မရှိသလို၊ အသုံးမကျတဲ့သူလဲမရှိဘူး” ဒီလိုပဲ မြန်မာပြန်ရမယ်ထင့်၊ Nobody perfect, Nobody Useless.
