Dec ေလးရေနေတာ့ Quest အျပင္ တျခားအခ်ိန္ေတြမွာလဲ အားရင္အားသလို ေဆာ့ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ရလာတဲ႔ Dec ေတြကို steem ေျပာင္းၿပီး ကဒ္ေတြ၀ယ္ Level ျမွင့္ခ်င္ျမွင့္ ကိုယ့္ပိုစ့္ေတြကို Dec ေလးလြဲၿပီး vote ခိုင္းခ်င္ခိုင္း ဒီလိုပဲ SM သံသရာလည္ေနပါေတာ့တယ္။ SM vote ကလည္း မက္ေလာက္စရာပါေလ။

တိုက္ဖန္မ်ားလည္း ENERGY CAPTURE RATE (ECR) က က်က်သြားတယ္။ ECR က်သြားရင္ Dec အရနည္းသြားတယ္။ 50% ေအာက္ေရာက္သြားရင္ ေတာ္ေတာ္နဲ႔ျပန္မျပည့္နဳိင္ဘူး။ 50%ထက္ေလ်ာ့မသြားေအာင္ ထိန္းၿပီးေဆာ့ရတယ္။
