one of the best Offline wallets Ledger S Nano> But customer service needs improvement

To be Honest at first i was skeptical in getting into crypto currencies, but after a while my attention grew on bitcoin and i ended up i some from an atm and then of coinbase. My concern was more about storing my coins. You'd hear on the news how alot of trading platforms are getting hacked and anything stored on digital wallets is possible to hacked with great effort of course. As i did more research on crypto coins snd best ways of storing them securely i came across the offline wallets or cold storage wallets i guess they call them, and particularly Ledger S Nano caught my eye. After seeing some reviews about this device i figure why not ill get it just to be safe since im a going in for the long run and holding my coins. it seemed pretty esy to use, but since im not a computer savvy guy, once i got it, it probably took me a couple of weeks to figure out how to use it. Anyways i tried contacting the company but you can only email them and like any new hot product the company is being bombed with emails and they do not offer help over the phone. it took a week or more to get a response from them and all i got from them was a response of. "any problems you may be experiencing can be found in our FAQ" tbh... that kinda bothered me and i got even more irritated. So i quickly gave up hope on getting answers from the company so i had to find the solution to my problem on good ol' Youtube lol.. should've done in the first place but i figured id try speaking with someone from the company who may have greater knowledge.
Overall after i found the solution my really happy with my Ledger S Nano and i actually would recommend it to anyone who is keeping coins for the long run, digital wallets are cool of course but i would keep a limited amount on them just for my transactions that i will be making. One thing though i do want to recommend to the Company of Ledger S Nano that they should create a phone line or hire a larger office of staff because apparently you guys got an amazing product but theres no way to speak with someone from the company except by email, can be an inconvenience for a lot of customers, especially the fact that the devices are being resold 3 times the price sometimes on the internet and are sold out many times. I gladly wear my Ledger S Nano around my neck and feel 100% confident about my "precious" coins being "safe". Just my little experience i wanted to share. #steemon!
