There is a truism (though not a "law" per se) called the Law of Attraction. It's that the world around you changes according to what you will of it. This is not saying everyone has reality-bending superpowers though, that would be absurd.
Say you wonder why is making money so hard. Earning money is basically getting value in exchange of the value you create, the foundation of modern-day capitalism. Is there anything you're doing that creates value? are you given value for the value you created? is there demand for your supply of value?
Sometimes all it takes is knowing the right customer to set you on the course of getting paid to do what you do.
Maybe you're a working salarymen and promotion is hard to come by. Well, do you have the value to warrant a promotion? have you gotten better as an employee since you started working? There are 24 hours in a day, 10 is for resting (ideally), 8 is spent in your workplace, what you are doing with the remaining 6?
Money is merely a means to an end, stored value, ultimately you have to first be clear with yourself of what your goals are. The pursuit of money is a path to madness and if you ask all the billionaires in the world, chasing money was never their end goals even though somehow day by day they get "magically" richer.
I have to disagree with that statement. This verse out of context appears to support what you are saying, but within the context, it is speaking about knowledge of the kingdom of God.
Matthew 13:10-13
10 The disciples came to him and asked, “Why do you speak to the people in parables?”
11 He replied, “Because the knowledge of the secrets of the kingdom of heaven has been given to you, but not to them. 12 Whoever has will be given more, and they will have an abundance. Whoever does not have, even what they have will be taken from them. 13 This is why I speak to them in parables:
“Though seeing, they do not see;
though hearing, they do not hear or understand.
The proceeding 9 verses in Matthew 13 (Parable of the Sower) does contain a principle that could be used to explain why some find it difficult to earn money. You could say they are not sowing enough seeds to receive what they want, or sowing in the wrong places.
Essentially, a person will be paid for the amount of value that they provide to others. If you want to make more you have to provide more value to more people.
I think its a matter of mindset, to make money you need to know people, you know the right people you can get a good job, or several businesses, trading, and endless options, but if your mind is not ready to receive you will not do it
This is not true for everyone. Difficulty is relative. While it may be difficult for some to earn money, it's relatively easy for some.
Once you get out of subsistence level, you will have more opportunities to earn money more easily. If you're struggling now, you have to find a way to earn enough to support your basic needs first. Once you accomplish does, it gets easier.
Money is just a short form of an investment which produces more money without much efforts which all rests to the decision you made while making this investment,it may be zero or doubled.
Hard working employees are just a benediction which ultimately provide returns to the Investor who has made a right decision for hard working and less rewarded employees which is a very boorish truth that,'money makes money very easily'.
It's true, yes. However every day (I even dare say every second) poor people are poorer, and wealthy people continue to increase their capital. There is a very large gap between rich and poor, where there should be an equality, at least, not so distant. However, if this happens, we should first move forward, for example, in the robotics, since the jobs that the workers do, say, will not be done by anyone and will see a lack of manpower. I think more or less. It's like a paradox.
I think it's because most people consume same things - food (bread, some meat, rice and water). Go to the same places - local bar or dance club. Serf internet on the one place - Facebook and YouTube.
To any of these sources of money there is one or two established producers - money makers. If you want to take over their business, you need to be better, and you start from the weaker point than they are. - who has consumer base and money flow.
To be on the VIP market, you need to know what they need. You should talk with them. VIP people often spend their money to expencive cars, parties and property. If want to sell them a lamborghini you need to have one or know someone who has lamborghini for sale. It's hard to get their attention.
Also, it's hard to make money because you don't see where you can succeed, or you see only the one industry and lose attention to others. Also, it takes time to make from your project money. If you want to make a site, like musing.io, it take 5 - 20 weeks and around 30$ initial investment.
Because you think it's difficult.

Because the rich get richer and the poor get poorer. Earning money is a poor person's activity. Creating money is a rich person's activity.
That is because money does not grow on trees.

Because you place money first .... if you start changing your priorities , you would see money come in way much easier
