it's been a week again and here is the next contest though I'm pretty busy with playing @nextcolony. This time, I have only received a suggestion from @patti.pizza and thus I torture you with two of my favorites.

1. snippet of @patti.pizza
   A piece of music by a British pop singer. The single was created in collaboration with singer Ed Sheeran. It was the first single release of her 2018 released album. The song has over 75 million views on Youtube.

   The classic rock fans will surely recognize the song already at the first notes. For all others following hints. The song is the most successful hit of the British band from 1967. The song has over 100 million views on YouTube.

3. snippet from me
   That will probably be the hard nut. As you may know, I like nerdy progressive rock. We already had a representative of this genre from the 80s (Queensryche). This time, I chose a song by a US band that is one of the most important representatives of Progressive Metal and is considered one of the most commercially successful bands in the genre. The song is from their second studio album from 1991. This album is considered a milestone in Progressive Metal. On YouTube, the song has more than 9 million views.

Hallo Leute,

schon wieder ist eine Woche rum und jetzt mach ich noch schnell den Contest obwohl ich ziemlich nit @nextcolony beschäftigt bin. Diesmal habe ich nur von @patti.pizza einen Vorschlag erhalten und somit quäle ich euch dann auch noch mit zwei meiner Favoriten.

1. Schnipsel von @patti.pizza
   Ein Musikstück einer britischen Popsängerin. Die Single entstand in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Sänger Ed Sheeran. Es war die erste Singleauskopplung ihres 2018 erschienenen Albums. Der Song hat über 75. Mio Aufrufe auf Youtube.

2. Schnipsel von mir
   Die Klassikrockfans erkennen den Song sicherlich schon bei den ersten Tönen. Für alle anderen noch folgende Hinweise. Der Song ist der erfolgreichste Hit der britischen Band aus dem Jahre 1967. Der Song hat auf YouTube über 100 Mio. Aufrufe.

3. Schnipsel von mir
   Das wird vermutlich die harte Nuss werden. Wie ihr vielleicht wisst, stehe ich auf nerdigen Progressive Rock. Einen Vertreter dieses Genres aus den 80er Jahren hatten wir ja schon mal (Queensryche). Diesmal habe ich einen Song einer US-amerikanischen Band gewählt, die zu den wichtigsten Vertretern des Progressive Metal zählt und als eine der kommerziell erfolgreichsten Bands dieses Genres gilt. Der Song ist aus ihrem zweiten Studio Album von 1991. Dieses Album gilt als Meilenstein des Progressive Metal. Auf YouTube hat der Song immerhin auch noch über 9 Mio Aufrufe.
