Vor ca. 18 Jahren hörte ich bei einer Freundin das erste mal die Band Goethes Erben. Mit seiner Melodie und den tiefgründigen Texten traf Oswald Henke (Sprecher und Komponist) bei mir genau den Geschmack.
Ganz besonders berührte mich ein Song und ich gestehe dieser Song rührt mich immer wieder wenn ich ihn Höre. Ich spreche von Tage des Wassers. Erschienen ist das der Song 2006 wobei ich da mitten im Studium war also lasse ich das noch gelten.
In dem Lied geht es um einen Engel, der wegen eines gebrochenen Flügels nicht mehr fliegen konnte und droht in der Kälte zu erfrieren. Doch dann kam ein alter schwarzer Schwan und spendete einen seiner Flügel. Der Engel konnte weiter leben.
Ja ich denke jeder weiß nun, dass es in dem Song um Organspende geht.

About 18 years ago I heard the first time with a friend the band Goethes Erben. With his melody and the profound lyrics, Oswald Henke (speaker and composer) met exactly the taste for me.
Especially one song touched me and I confess that song keeps stirring me when I hear it. I speak of "Days of Water". This song is from 2006.
The song is about an angel who could not fly because of a broken wing and threatens to freeze in the cold. But then an old black swan came and donated one of his wings. The angel could live on.
Yes, I think everyone knows that the song is about organ donation.
Everyone can save lives.
Give your heart the last time even after your death.
