I really dig Adam Neely's videos - he's introduced me to a lot of deep thinking about music theory and a lot of stuff going on that I'd never have discovered otherwise. Piano roll composition and Black Midi, anyone?
There's no substitute for the British magazine The Wire for in-depth analysis, though. The problem is that it's so densely packed with info that I've never finished an issue. I always get distracted looking up artists while I'm trying to read.
His video on Musical Fractals is absolutely incredible.
