Everything in our universe is a form of energy.

There are different forms of energy, but generally, speaking the higher the frequency of an object the higher the energy level.
If you think of heat, for example, hot objects have atoms swinging in a higher frequency. You can even see this with your own eyes.
Think of fire, the air right above the source of heat is swinging at a high pace.

So why am I telling you about this? There is something interesting about this because EVERYTHING in our universe has a frequency, even our body.
The question you should be asking now is: What effect do different frequencies have on our body? Is our body swinging at the optimal frequency?

There are all kinds of Binaural beat on youtube and while I don't understand what each frequency does, I advise you to check out some different frequency and watch the effect on your mood and mindset. You will be surprised by the change.
I believe we should meditate on different frequencies on a day to day bases to have a higher life quality.

There are all kinds of waves and all of them have different effects on us. Alpha waves are good for to get into the zone, delta waves are one of the only ways to improve our deep sleep.
