Yes, but it all depends - if they're really making music or if its something awesome and sometimes someone even has a soulful voice.

What is the best street act that you have seen?
The one in Venice - the guy was doing all 4 instruments and dancing at the same time singing - his guitar case was full of paper bills more than coins
and the one in St. Mark's Plain - the orchestra in the huge resto there - wowza .. makes you feel Venice's soul .. have fun out there Old Dog!
