This song hits home for me as my parents worked insane hours. Was on the path to do the same until one day I realized that money isn't everything.
Not really a song that applies to me and my parents or children, But when they got busy with their own lives I started to feel left out and took off traveling to fill the winter months. I worked in the summer and tried to squeeze in visits. But I would like to part of my grandchildren's lives as often as possible.

Grandparents are such an important part of our kids lives. It's good that you are able to be part of your Grandkids lives.
