How to Overcome Stage Fright | Video/Film | Musician's Perspective
I played a couple shows the past week and thought I'd do a video about overcoming stage fright. I have 8 tips that help me calm down a bit (there's also a few clips from my shows in the video). I think I'll always feel some form of stage fright and anxiety before getting up on stage, but it does seem to lessen when I make an effort to be more aware of my feelings and to use the tricks/tips I have found that help me the most.
