Kvaka 22/Catch 22 is the new DIY collective/place in the heart of Belgrade. If you ever find yourself in this chaotic capital of Balkan you should definitely check out this place. Especially... if you're into art, music, DIY philosophy and stuff like that... The whole place is decorated like a crazy museum of everyday life. In the major room they organize mostly concert of current alternative bands, but also all kinds of performances, workshops, movie nights...etc
