Die Kleidung durchnässt, mürrische Gesichter auf den Straßen nur ein paar Kinder erfreuen sich an dem warmen Regenschauer.

Als wir noch klein waren brauchten wir keinen Regenschirm, wir sind mit Anlauf in die Pfützen gesprungen. Wir haben es einfach so hingenommen wie es kam, das Beste daraus gemacht und dabei Spaß gehabt! Wir haben keine Gedanken an die Konsequenzen verschwendet. Das schlimmste was hätte passieren können war, dass die Klamotten nass werden und wir krank werden.. Dafür gab es dann Schulfrei.

Bei einem Spaziergang mit meinem Hund Cookie fing es an zu Regnen. Ich wollte mich gerade über das Wetter entrüsten als mir die oben beschriebenen Gedanken durch den Kopf gingen.

Nass war ich ja sowieso schon, bis nach Hause war es noch ein Stück und Cookie hatte mächtig Spaß im Regen über die Felder zu blitzen. Wieso also über etwas aufregen, an dem ich jetzt endlich nichts ändern kann? - Ich schloss meine Augen und ließ mich berieseln. Die Tropfen waren sehr angenehm warm. Für eine Weile blieb ich dort stehen und trug stetig breites Grinsen im Gesicht. Dann packte es mich. Ich musste nach Hause. Daheim angekommen setzte ich mich direkt an das Klavier.

Soggy clothes, grumpy faces on the streets. Only a few children delighted by the
warm rain shower.

We didn’t need an umbrella as we were young. We first charged to then jump into the puddle. We just took things how they came and made the best out of it. And it was fun! We didn’t wast any thoughts about the consequences. Wet clothes and a flue were the worst that could have happened. And sometimes that was our main goal since we didn’t have to go to school when we were ill.

I went for a walk with my dog Cookie and suddenly it started to rain. Just when I was about to get pissed by the weather the above thoughts came to my mind.

My clothes were wet anyway, it was still a fair way home and Cookie had a lot of fun flashing through the fields. So why should I upset myself about something I can’t change? - I closed my eyes and let the rain sprinkle on my skin. The drops felt enjoyable warm. For a moment I stood there with a huge smile on my face. Then it got me. I had to go home. As i arrived I immediately sat down in front of the piano.

I love the piano as an instrument and you seem to do much better than I ever can; True, I never really play the paino, but still, you just started you say and already hear some nice tune.

Me too, totally ^^ When I started practicing the piano I suddenly had a huge progress in understanding music theory.. Well if you never play it you won't get better :D
I started a year ago.. Playing every day for at least half an hour ;)
If it's fun for you, you automatically take your time to do it! ;)
