Or you're just generally having a bad day. Well its normal, Of course we do have bad days some times and while some of us prefer reading a book, visiting a friend.
I would suggest listening to a good music; hip hop, gospel, jazz, rnb(rhythm and blues), you name it...
Music is life, it brings joy and it tends to calm your nerves and it doesn't matter what mood you're in, it just makes you happy.
