Also, as a fan of Elvis Presley, I love hearing this song from him too, Elvis Presley sings every song amazingly so he is the king. However, I still like listening to it from Willie Nelson more. "Blue Eyes Crying in the Rain" is one somber tune. The lyrics describe a person who kisses his love goodbye, knowing that he will never see his love again, and who thinks that he will never find true love again, and is looking forward to meeting him in heaven. It is simple and to the point, a beautiful, sad love song.
