How to export traktor .stem.mp4 tracks with audacity.
Open audacity go to preferences/libraries and install FFmpeg library if you don’t have you can download form here

Go to file import audio select .stem.mp4 track
Select tracks you want to import and go ok.
Name tracks. track 1 is probably the full track you can delete.
Now go export multiple choose your location
