That old man with the face of an Apache chief still sings and plays! After all, an English musician – like a Negro in basketball – if he does not play, then he is definitely dead. Our Ken yet hoo! God forbid, even play – he was good at it!

Ken Hensley in eleven years began to learn guitar and keyboards. As he said – just to play his songs that are born in his head. No one is taught self – taught. When it turned out, that he plays "wrong" - re-educate was late.

He came to Uriah Heep at the very beginning of her career and to a large extent his songs owe this group its takeoff. Well – and then – all, as at all. The taste of fame, three successful albums, and discord, and then decay. It must have been tough in the group – at the expense of writing it has received more all and is mentally depressing – you already don't like you jealous. Hence – nervous sorely, star disease, booze and dope (as befits a rock musician).

After leaving the group – an attempt to live a simple life, without adrenaline – work in Commerce, session musician at recording studios, etc. But life took its toll – he returned, performs concerts.
