This Song is called Dadkaan Dawaaqayaa and it was written by Cabdillaahi Qarshe.
In 1957 when he was working at Radio Hargeysa he was asked to write a theme tune for the new BBC somali show that was being made. When asked the name of the song he had wrote he said it was called socdaalki arrawelo or the migration of arrawelo the ancient Somali feminist queen so as to not show the political intention within the song as it would not be allowed to be played on the radio.

Here are the lyrics:
Dadkaan dhawaaqayaa
dhulkooda doonayaa
hadday u dhiidhiyeen
Allaahayow u dhiib

The screaming people
Those who want their land
If they fight for it
O' god give it to them

Waxaan la dhuubnaheen
kiskayga dhaaawacaan
idiin dhamaynayaa
dhegaa ma leedihiin?

What has hurt me
and has harmed my head
that which i am talking to you about
don't you have ears?

misee dar dhoohanoon
dhagaysan waanadoo
warkaygu dhaafayoo
dhufaanan* baad tihiin?

Or the ignorant people
Who don't listen to my warnings
and refuse to heed my words
Have you been neutered?* (are you no longer men)

Dhurwaaga meerayaa
habeenka uu dhacuu
dhacaama jiirayaa
dhereg ayuu sitaa

The wandering Hyena
at night he strikes the
the (nomadic) pen
he is then sated

Dhurdaha duulayaa
dhirtuu dalooshadaa
malabka uu dhigtuu
jilaalka dheer cunaa

The flying Bombyliidae
He pierces plants
he makes honey
and feasts in the winter

*dhufaanan literally means an animal that has been neutered. So he is saying that they aren't men
