This audio video is Amy Winehouse singing a rare alternate acoustic version of Valerie.

Valerie was originally recorded in 2006 by the Liverpool group The Zutons.

Mark Ronson and Amy recorded a slowed down R&B version of Valerie in December 2006. Believing it was one of the best vocals Amy had ever done, Mark Ronson handed over the tune for inclusion on Amy’s posthumous Lioness: Hidden Treasures album.

In 2007 a solo live version recorded by Amy for BBC Radio 1’s Live Lounge reached #37 on the UK singles chart. That version is on the Delux version of Amy’s Back To Black album. Another Must Hear!!
