RE: The Most Important Rock Albums in Music History and WHY?
Sounds great. I liked your brief bio of Bowie.
Interestingly, I loved most of his music until 1980, and maybe a bit after that. But by the late 1980s, I'd lost interest in his work, partly due to my age and (maybe) partly due to Bowie's age, or his maturation.
Still, I realize he was a true genius and a fantastic artist. Not to mention a great man. After he passed away, I went back and watched numerous interviews that he'd given over the course of his career.
As he aged, he revealed himself to be a very wise, astute man, while keeping his feet firmly planted on the ground and remaining a decent, sensible, common sense man. (Not like during the mid 70s.)
Following and looking forward to more posts.
