I’m very glad to introduce to you TRILÚMIA’s new band formation!

It has been almost a month now that @rhavi and I moved to Bahia (state of Brazil) to bring together the @trilumia’s members.

For those who don’t know TRILÚMIA... our history:

TRILÚMIA was born in 2013 on the island of Morro de São Paulo (Brazil) with two Belgian Brazilian brothers :@rhavi and @uriell and a French girl (I): @lisamalletart.
A guitar and three voices.

Together we have created a repertoire of popular Brazilian music, samba, bossa, reggae.

We spent the summer on this very touristy island to produce ourselves in bars and resaturants.
In addition to playing these music covers, we start composing our own songs.

In 2014, we decided to launch a collective financing (catarse) to collect fons intended to record and print our album triluminaction.

The album was released in December 2014 and as soon as we made the impression, we went on a tour in the north of Brazil.

@faowna then joins us by incorporating a percussion into the band.
So: A guitar, three voices and a percussion.

Our tour ended in April 2015 and we took two different paths.
Rhavi and I went traveling and playing in Chile and @faowna and @uriell went to Europe to play.

It was only at the end of 2016 that we met in Europe and decided to play together again.

After a year touring France, Belgium and Switzerland, we returned to Brazil.
New separations because Uriel and Faowna wanted to live and play in Trancoso (Bahia) and Rhavi and I to stay and produce new videos and compositions in our country house (Minas Gerais).

Uriel and Faowna have for two months mounted a new band and are working on a new repertoire.

The call was too strong to stay separate longer! We came to join them in Trancoso.

So now: two guitar, four voices, a bass, a drums and a percussion!

We meet several times a week to train and work on our new repertoire that includes covers and original songs.

Actually I’m very happy to have made this choice of joing them again!

The atmosphere between the members of the group is really good, there is a lot of harmony and the songs are much more original, rich and complex thanks to this new formation.
