Sepultura "Beneath the Remains" (1989) 🤘 30 Years old!
This year sees the 30th birthday 🎈 of a metal classic - and one that maybe doesn't get credited quite as highly as it should - "Beneath the Remains" by Brazilian metal band Sepultura.
This is 'real' Sepultura, their third studio album - following 1986's "Morbid Visions" & 1987's "Schizophrenia" - their original sound, much more thrash-metal-leaning, coming out a good 7 years prior to the "Roots" album which saw them adjust their style somewhat, but ultimately lead to their international success.
