Throughout history art and entertainment have been part of society as a need for cultural expression, being formerly gestated by peculiar figures who moved to various locations to spread various pieces of artistic expression such as; musical compositions, dances, choreographies, poems, and even legends or fictional exploits. These peculiar individuals were known as minstrels and troubadours.
Many of the works of these artists were so popular that they were allowed to be shown to great kings and monarchs for their enjoyment, since such activities were conceived for popular enjoyment, which gave way to innovation, diversification and growth of activity impressionist, giving rise to practices such as sleight of hand, opera or circus work, in a more open and appreciable way in society.
The minstrels could classify their activities in various communicative branches, since their actions were not only constituted by dances and musical interpretations, since many of them also recited lyrical works created by troubadours and interpreted songs of deeds, thus corroborating the consumer culture underlying literary society, so that such a diffusing element was of vital importance.
In fact, these errant characters were related to other development currents in the transition period such as barbershop, which provided certain health care assistance, adopting positions of chiropractor, dentist, and even doctor, feats that were disseminated and shared through the chants of the minstrels.
The streets have always been propitious places for cultural artistic activity, functioning as a diffusing engine for the content, since it allows the artist to carry out a closer and even organic interpretation with the viewer, so that the viewer is occasionally annexed to the work is a considerable resource especially in practitioners of conjuring and illusionism.
It should be noted that the artistic exercise revolves around innovation, as this is done for a lucrative purpose, so it aims to please and impress the viewer under the slogan of a unique and original act. At present the contemporary juggler still manifests among us, showing his art through paintings, dances or musical performances, suddenly with a scheme more adjusted to modern times, but nevertheless the mechanics remains the same.
