as a new file, and delete all the MIDI clips except for the drums, and start again, using most of the same instruments. The progression was once again entirely changed, now playing Cmin, Fmin, Dbmaj, and Ab, before repeating. Track 1 is the same LABS guitar which plays root notes, but it was also now recorded to audio in Track 2, then each note pitched up an octave and reversed, to swell into the next section. The transitional clips and drums are next, then we get to the bass, in Track 12, which now plays the line pictured below. The next 3 tracks, 13-15, all add various synthy elements, which sometimes play solo over the break, though I may remove that and find some B section to add there, haven't decided. Track 16 is a LABS piano, though a different one from yesterday's version, which plays a little ascending scale for each of the first 3 chords, then hangs back on the 4th. Finally, we have Track 17, which is a weird, bendy sort of synth sound, and I'm not sure its gonna make the cut. It is a little too dissonant and weird, and is also at such a low volume that it really doesn't make a huge difference. I'll keep playing with this and see what happens!
