All My Problems Are Gold Plated
It’s crazy how a single song or memory can take you back instantly to the past.
Suddenly you see connections or pathways to the life you have today. Since we are always moving forward, these moments tend to be few and far between.
If we do go back, something usually has acted as a catalyst, rather than just a random reminiscing inspired out of nowhere.
I was fumbling around for something to post about here on Steemit, and it hit me like a ton of gold bricks.
Back in high school I used to listen to this band called “Mother Hips.” I must have seen them live 50 times over the years.
Even back then, gold was important to me. So much that this song always stuck with me.
Listening to this song took me back in such an intensely real way it is difficult to actually put in words.
If knew back then what my life would be like today it would have saved me from a lot of worry, anxiety, and fear about the future.
I am extremely lucky to be doing what I do today, and even more lucky to be able to share it all with you.
All my problems really ARE gold plated now....

I love this! I was just posting about how music can instantly take you back as well...AND I was going to do a post asking people what they listened to in high school. Now I already know for you :) Haha those rainbow-plaited problems don't look too bad, either.

Music can help bring back some of those special moments of our lives that we have forgotten. When i listen some old song that i was i used to hear during my school day i get a reflection or memory of same time and it feel great. I want to listen this song ' Gold plated ' but is showing that this video is not available in my country.

It's amazing the power of music and the memories that can be attached to songs. Yes it would be great if we knew what we do now and could go back and tell our younger selves there's nothing to worry about that it will all be alright! :) Xx

My years of my high school youth are somewhat challenging so I drew to the dark side first as Emo then into the Gothic subculture having their own Music icons and identity rather the Pop culture of the time. There is a certain genre of music I am really into is Classical choral music that have Gothic tones and themes. Yeah it's crazy i couldn't listen to the radio at all in the car for a while after my son died..Even now a certain song comes on and it makes me remember him.. One of his many. this is my jams moments. even new songs he would of loved hit me..but hey you cannot stop the music.

Be calm, your challenges are lead you someone. Don't fume don't kill with anxiety over them rather attention to them to discover the fortune the bring along.
Problems never walk alone, it always with fortune, only the wise and smart ones can see it.

Let me help you put it in words.That is the power of music. It digs deep and deeper into our souls, hearts, minds and once it gets into the deepest cores of these 3 things, it starts unleashing the burried thoughts and memories. Some of these thoughts and memories are like some valuable precious treasure and bring this feeling of awesome. Others are like nightmares.
From experience, some songs have taken my mind far into reincarnation. They have made me feel like i was living another life in some other world as a totally different person. They've made me think and imagine that perhaps i died and then was born here as somebody else(The one writing this now).
That is the simplest way i can put it in words.
