Continuing with the topic of the previous post I bring you a series of tools with which from my point of view make you be a good DJ, that you want to be so much if you are interested in this world of electronic music.

A good DJ must have that desire, that charisma that makes people want to dance, must have in his DNA the musical rhythm and a series of qualities which make him an expert in the field and after reading these tips and analyzed from my point of view I will share my ideas to put it into practice.

1) Draw your goal, decide what kind of DJ you want to be

If this sounds strange to you, it is the first thing you should think about this race, you have to consider or let yourself be led by what your tastes in music tell you and then decide if you want to be a club DJ, private DJ or radio DJ, types of DJ which I left explained in the previous post.

2) Specialize

When you have decided what kind of DJ to be, and this is your chance to go practicing the genre that you like the most depending on what you have chosen, some of the best known are:

• DJ de EDM
• DJ de Techno
• Dj de House Music
• Dj de Reggaeton
• Dj de Electronica

For my part I decided on the Techno and Electronic genres, which I practice every day to obtain better results.

3) Perfect your technique

Once focused on what you are doing, you should keep practicing every day to correct those mistakes whether they are big or small, they say that people who have a musical ear since they were little ones make it much easier to create mixtures perfectly, at others are a bit difficult but with practice the teacher becomes.

Take DJ courses which help you perfectly to master all the techniques 100%.

4) Make yourself known by an "artistic" name

Most people look for a name out of the ordinary, something original with what they feel identified and on the other side as for example in my case I decided to have as my own name which is DJ "Gabriel Ramos", which in Acronym would be DJ "GR", with this name you can look for more attention to your audience by letting you know by that name.

5) Create your own works or tracks

At this level you should know each point to create or develop your own mix with a level of almost professional talent, I advise you to listen to each mix repeatedly to realize the small errors and so in the next do not return them to commit.
