Joe and Tamia Live in Manila 2018
Friday night was 🔥🔥🔥. Watching RNB legends who were part of my colorful childhood and teenage years in the late 90's and early 2000's plus meeting some notable Philippine basketball legends indeed completed my Friday night.
This won't be possible without the unexpected encounter from one of my former high school students, Marc who unconditionally upgraded my pass to VIP access.
Indeed, it was worth of a lifetime wholesome experience. Here are some of the photos and videos that were taken from the successful event held at SM Mall Of Asia Arena by the bay last March 9,2018.
The man, the myth, the legendary Mr. Joseph Louis Thomas never aged. Still fine like wine.
Joe with his trademark serenade production which actually wowed our generation since and brought us back to memory lane.
As a hardcore basketball fan, I am able to get in touch with some of the country's then and and now ball heroes whom I look up to after party:
With the 1999 PBA Rookie of the Year, 3x MVP, 4x Finals MVP, 6x champion and 2x Philippine national basketball team Danny "Dynamite" Seigle along with his homie.
With the former 2x UAAP MVP and 3x Mythical Five member, PBA D League champ and MVP and currently local MVP of ABL Bobby Ray Parks Jr who was really nice and approachable
And last but not the least, I was very stoked and humbled to meet the one and only
*6× PBA champion (2003 All-Filipino, 2009 Philippine, 2011 Philippine, 2011 Commissioner's, 2012 Philippine, 2013 Philippine)

The one and only Mighty Mouse and Captain PUSO of the last successful Gilas Pilipinas team who joined the 2014 FIBA Cup, Mr. Jimmy Alapag.
Unfortunately, I am unable to get photos of Tamia due to sudden full memory usage and mostly where videos of their production. For more visibility, you can check this link then.
It was indeed a night of perfect nostalgia and celebration of the soul for the Pinoys who grew up in a portion of the golden age of music.
Always,
