Hello, everyone. :3 Today, I woke nice and early at ten a.m. The storm was five hours late. I lounged around...reorganized my closet. Waited. By three p.m., there was still no storm. It was raining. It was windy. No fucking hurricane. Not even a tropical storm.

I love mother nature. I'm not much of a wiccan, (Hi, NSA :D) but I do have a feeling it's a sort of very active force on earth. I wouldn't wish to define it as a God, per se...just a force we can only begin to understand. The sky has always captivated me. So much about it. The moon, the sun, the stars, the reasonably close planets. I fucking love telescopes.

What captures my imagination most is when mother nature is at her worst. I've seen some hurricanes in my time. The sky turns black. And when you're standing /in it/...it's exhilarating. All the CGI and green screens can't do it justice. You have to see it. It's like the earth is screaming.

It's a pity I was a shit student. Maybe I could of been an astrophysicist or something. My mind can only comprehend more modest aspects of science.

I was hoping to catch some good footage, but it was a lot like yesterdays video. Soooo, I apologize in advance. If it's any consolation, I fucking love the way this song came out. And I did feature pictures of of my favorite people throughout history. So there's that...As with many of my compositions, it is nameless and subject-less...but it won't be for long. I can tell this one is going to be fun to write.
I think I can even hear my rhythm improving. Tell me what you think, guys!

I still need to work on my transitions...but I'm improving, I think..

Hope all of my fellow southerners are having a similar hurricane experience. Which is to say to say, no experience at all. I hope I'm able to have some better footage for a video tomorrow...But perhaps it's best if I don't get any x3 Wouldn't want the city to flood. Regardless, being home for the last few days. Getting some much needed relaxation and being able to focus on music has been so nice. I don't wanna go back D: But you have to work. It's good for the soul. Anywho...I think I hear the storm sort of beginning. It's nearly a day late...everything in this city is late..
