Steemit Music League Final Results | Season One
Wow what an epic finish to Season One of the Steemit Music League.
We have had such an incredible group of Steemians creating music and art each week it's mind blowing.
Thank you to everyone apart of this community it has been such an inspiring experience. You have blessed us with such amazing music to enjoy over the course of the 4+ months of Season One.
Thank you to all the community members from producers to musicians to judges and listeners everyone played apart in the success of this first season.
The Steemit Music League had eighteen (18) incredible entries from Steemians all over the globe apart in the last week of the two challenges ( #beatbattle & #smlchallenge ) involved in the Steemit Music League.

The Beat Battle League is a weekly Beat Battle challenge that the music producers and beatboxers of Steemit can produce an entry based off a theme or sampled material for that week.
The Beat Battle League entries from last week are in the playlist below.
And the Steemit Music League Challenge is an open music contest for rappers, MCs, singers, vocalists, and producers. Basically if you have a passion for music you can submit an entry every week.

Below are the final standings of the first season of the Steemit Music League.
The ultimate musical champion of Season One is:
@beatseb with 1104 points
@beatseb with his vast musical skills from guitar & blues playing to music production takes home the championship of the Steemit Music League winning a trip to San Diego, California (@beatseb's preferred destination).
@seveaux the Beat Battle champion takes home 2nd place with @scuzzy hopping over @djlethalskilz in the final week's challenges to take home a Top Three finish with 3rd place.
@inthenow had a huge jump in the last week's contests jumping from 13th all the way to a Top Ten finish with 7th place.

What an honor. First and foremost @chiefmappster you know we all owe you one..if not more then one. What you created for us is not a big deal or a genius move...is more then that, it's the stars aligning at the right moment over you and your sense to pick up that idea through the morphological field, was an aptitude for that certain purpose. To be the Steemit musical challenges Messiah...that's right. You brought us all together and gave us a task, a purpose that served us to become more creative and stop sitting on a pile of gold, acting the Gollum and talking about "..my precious.." My producing habits has changed since I joined those challenges you created, I activated the things I knew and forgot about the things I didn't...in matter effect I was surprised about the things I knew and never bothered to use. Sure thing I'm gonna be missing those challenges, but one good thing about it is that I'm gonna have plenty of time to return to my acoustic guitar, the jet slide, and dedicate myself to song writing again. I belong in that blue notes corner, that's where I always wanna be...and at least I know now, I can produce the paradise out of them beats. (:
I want to thank @danyelk @instrumentals @vandigital @andrewlyte & @derekmiller for the objective and constructive judging, I know it wasn't easy at all, and you guys always did the fairest deal out of it. Thank you.
Last but not least I want to thank @seveaux for being a strong opponent, great producer and a decent human, @djlethalskillz for being the HipHop head of the caliber I prefer, a dope beat baker and good people, @scuzzy for his 2 minute bangers and great selection of records...dude you got some gems there, @inthenow for being a great colleague and one of a kind musician, @verbal-d for being a great inspiration and support from day one, @hilladigahackles for being such an original and inspiring cat, @a4v for being silent and creating loud, @d-vine for inspiring me to create again and believing in me, @ivan.atman for being a great singer songwriter hungry to create and reveal informations about producing, @paradigmprospect the electric Hans Zimmer, and my homeboy @fronttowardenemy introducing me to Steemit.
I'm sure I'm forgetting plenty, but this are the ones I dealt with mostly, so if some of you feel offended cause I didn't mention you..sorry. :/

Already heard a lot about that leadership thing, but I always been in denial about that. Not because of my confidence, but more because I never been a follower so I never wanted to become a leader either. If someone wanted to hang out with me creatively I would allow them to walk next to me, I still roll like that. (; Glad you liked my creative abilities to entertain you, and at times surprise you with my music...you know I'm not born to Rock, I'm born to shock and that always been one of my specialties. :D
Love and respect back @chiefmappster, and no...you won't hear my music in season two cause I already won once, and that's just enough for me. Let the rest of the contestants carry the torch of the creative mentality of the first season and I'll just be a guest and enjoy the competition...and who knows I might jump as a guest judge on some of those events, would be my honor. Thanks a lot @inthenow I did my best and hope that most of you learned from what I had to give. Inspiration to the Steemit scene sounds very honorable for me and I really hope I can continue to inspire all'ya in future with the different projects I'll attend to.
I know how that feels when someone kicks major ass and you know you want to listen and watch...years ago I watched one of my Guitar heroes on stage, and after that show I didn't touch the guitar for more then 3 months...but when I did touch it, some of the most prolific licks and riffs was born on the fret board. So...no you are not crazy, just honest and humbled, what actually makes the greatest Artist, successful or not. (;
