THE ACES | "Four girls willing to dominate the world"

Hello friends! How are you? I hope that very well.
Today I would like to recommend a band that I probably did not know, but I hope that after this publication I can awaken some curiosity about their music...

I know that the first impression may seem like a little cliché and that it is just "another group of girls", but The Aces is definitely not just that.

[Their beginnings were very natural, they have been together for years and they show you that not all girl bands are the same, with an amazing (and) catchy guitar pop of the 80s]

"The Blue Aces" (which later became "The Aces") was born in 2008 in Provo, Utah (when members were still in school) and is an alternative pop/rock band, composed by the sisters Cristal and Alisa Ramírez and her friends Katie Henderson and Mckenna Petty, who managed to capture the attention of Red Bull Records several months ago.

Its definitive sound after having been influenced by Arctic Monkeys or Paramore, ended up addressing (thanks to the influences of Michael Jackson) the pop genre with characteristics of the 80s.

They made their debut with "Stuck", their first single released in 2016 (to my liking, a perfect first single), which was ranked #38 in the list of alternative Billboard songs in 2017.

On June 23, 2017 they released their first EP entitled I don't like to be honest which I include among its themes (like Touch and Baby Who), the second single of the band, "Physical".

And months later, more precisely on April 6, they released their latest material, their debut album When My Heart Felt Volcanic, with 13 songs with pop tint and 3 singles until the moment: "Volcanic Love", "Fake Nice" and "Last One" (which recently released the official video and was directed by Alisa Ramirez, one of the members).

On a personal level, it took me only a few minutes to fall in love with their music, their lyrics and what they want to express (literally, I didn't find a bad song in their discography) and really, they deserve to be given a chance and have much more recognition.
